Project Management and Administration
Ensures the program is executed on-time and on-budget while delivering the expected benefits to the Harvard community. This team also manages training, communications, and change management.
Functional Team
Collaborates with school administrators, faculty, and students to design the features, capabilities, and strategy to support the business functions included in the scope of this program: student financials, student enrollment and records, and academic advising.
Technical Team
Manages application development, system integration, data conversion, data warehousing and business intelligence, and technology infrastructure.
